The Intentional Store is owned and operated by Brizenka Ltd. We offer handmade, natural, water-free beauty products, including powder shampoos, beef tallow skincare, powder washes, and Syn-Ake© wrinkle oil.

  • To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, or scent.
  • All products are sold by weight and not volume. Shipping may cause product to settle in the packaging.  
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payment must be received before an order is processed.
  • We ship within the U.S. and internationally where permitted.
  • Processing times may vary; estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or store credit.
  • Due to the nature of handmade skincare and beauty products, all sales are final.
  • Our products contain natural ingredients such as essential oils, tallow, botanical extracts, and peptides and comply with all FDA packaging and content requirements.
  • Perform a patch test before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
  • All content, images, logos, and product descriptions on this website are the property of BriZenka Ltd. and may not be used without permission.
  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At BriZenka Ltd. and Intentional™, we take great pride in crafting handmade, natural beauty products with high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, as they are made in small batches with natural ingredients.
  • We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Please check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
  • Contact us at brian@brizenka.com or zdenka@brizenka.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • Upon review, we may offer a replacement or reimbursement at our sole discretion.
  • Damaged products must be returned at the cost of the customer.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin processing orders immediately.
